Known as an excellent intelligent digital network factory-Ningxia Little Giant Machine Tool Co., Ltd. was jointly established in 2000 by Japan's Yamazaki Mazak Company (Yamazaki Mazak) and Ningxia Great Wall Machinery Group Company. Advanced production equipment and factories constitute the machine tool manufacturing environment. The factory adopts a fully enclosed and fully air-conditioned combined workshop with light steel structure, and the temperature in the whole workshop is strictly controlled at 20±1 ℃. There are large parts processing line, small and medium parts processing line, shaft and plate parts processing line, precision processing line, coating line, assembly line, automatic warehouse, etc. And built a constant temperature clean room for machine tool spindle and other precision parts of the assembly and parts of the precision inspection. In addition to the surface to see such a standard, complete production equipment (hardware facilities), supporting the small giant of the intelligent network factory is our naked eye can not see the management software. The software consists of four subsystems, which are: automatic programming system, intelligent schedule management, intelligent tool management and intelligent monitoring system. The alliance delegation also visited Ningxia Sharing Group Co., Ltd., the benchmark of China's machine tool casting industry. Digital control center, intelligent management system, 3D precision printing casting mud core, let the visiting group members see China's casting technology.
